Loans can be structured in many different ways: onshore / offshore, company name or trust. The lenders we work with have more flexible underwriting criteria and our experience allows us to negotiate on your behalf.

There is no maximum loan but the loan-to-value will vary significantly depending on property type. Loans on a capital repayment basis or interest-only depending on circumstances.
